We are exploring SENTENCE FLUENCY in our Writers' Workshop right now. When authors write with strong sentence fluency, their writing SOUNDS good to the listener. To introduce this Writing Trait our class brought in our favorite books from when we were very little - stories we asked our parents to read to us over and over again because we loved the way they sounded.
